How We Deliver

Ready for Scale From Day One.

Readiness Assessment

Start with the work, not the tools.

We talk to the people doing the work, review processes, systems and data, and find out which AI tools are already in use, approved or not. The result is a clear picture of where time goes and where data lives.

Use-Case Prioritisation

Rank every idea by value and risk.

Each candidate use case is scored on time saved or revenue affected, data sensitivity, tolerance for error and effort to implement. Low-risk, high-value work goes first; anything touching client data waits for guardrails.

Roadmap & Guardrails

A plan your team can start on straight away.

You get a 90-day roadmap, an AI use policy, tool recommendations and training priorities. Builds then hand over to automation, AI assistants or marketing work, or to your own team.

Readiness & Use-Case Prioritisation

Find the Few Use Cases Worth Doing First.

Most businesses have more AI ideas than capacity to deliver them. We map where time goes across sales, delivery, admin and marketing, check what data each idea needs and how clean it is, and rank the use cases by value, risk and effort. The output is a short list with reasons, not a long list of possibilities.

90-Day Adoption Roadmap

Sequenced, Owned and Measurable.

The roadmap sets out the first 90 days: quick wins with tools you already pay for, one or two pilots with clear success measures, and the larger builds to scope once the pilots prove themselves. Each item has an owner, a measure and a decision point, so AI adoption is managed like any other project.

It sits alongside your growth and channel strategy, so AI work supports the same commercial priorities as the rest of the plan.

Governance, Privacy & Team Enablement

Guardrails Before Anyone Pastes In Client Data.

We draft an AI use policy covering approved tools, what data may and may not go into them, human review of outputs and record-keeping, written with your obligations under the Australian Privacy Act in mind. No client or customer data goes into an AI tool without your agreement.

Team enablement covers practical training on the approved tools for real tasks, so adoption does not depend on one enthusiast. When builds are ready, they hand over to process automation and AI agents and assistants.

Questions About AI Strategy & Adoption Roadmap

Questions, Answered.

Do we need an AI strategy, or should we just start using the tools?

Small experiments with general tools are a sensible start. A strategy is worth it when staff are already using AI without agreed rules, when ideas are piling up with no way to choose between them, or when you are about to spend real money on an AI build. A short, fixed-scope engagement settles what to do first, what to avoid and how to keep client data safe.

How do you decide which AI use cases come first?

Each use case is scored on value (time saved, revenue or service quality affected), risk (data sensitivity, the cost of an error, exposure to customers) and effort (data readiness, integration work, change for the team). High-value, low-risk work using data you already hold usually goes first, such as drafting, summarising, internal search and reporting. Customer-facing and decision-making uses come later, once guardrails and review steps are in place.

How do you handle privacy and client data?

We do not put your business or client data into any AI tool without your agreement. The roadmap and AI use policy set out which tools are approved, what data can go into them, where that data is stored and processed, and where a person must review the output, with reference to the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. We are not lawyers, so we recommend your legal adviser reviews the policy before it is adopted.

What happens after the roadmap?

You can deliver it with your own team, or we can build the pieces: workflow automation, AI agents and assistants, reporting dashboards, or marketing work such as AI search visibility. If an outside developer is building your AI product, digital project consultancy provides independent oversight. Each build is quoted separately, so the strategy does not commit you to anything.

How is an AI strategy engagement priced?

AI strategy is a fixed-scope engagement, quoted after a short discovery call based on the size of the business and the number of teams and processes in scope. For reference, a focused market strategy engagement starts from $3,500 and a focused automation build from $2,500. Builds that follow the roadmap are quoted separately.

Where This Fits in Your Marketing

AI Adoption Is an Operating Decision, Not a Software Purchase.

For most small and mid-sized businesses, the value of AI comes from ordinary work done faster and more consistently: proposals drafted from templates, enquiries triaged, meetings summarised, reports assembled. That makes AI strategy closer to operations planning than to choosing software. The useful questions are which processes are stable enough to hand over, what data they rely on, and who checks the output.

That is why the roadmap connects directly to delivery. Process work flows into CRM and sales workflow automation and proposal automation, customer-facing assistants into AI agents and assistants, and commercial priorities into growth and channel strategy.
