How We Deliver

Ready for Scale From Day One.

Use-Case & Risk Mapping

Pick the job worth handing to AI, and the line it must not cross.

We look at where time goes on repetitive reading, sorting and drafting, then choose one task with a clear input and a checkable output. For that task we agree what the agent may do on its own, what needs a person to approve, and which data it may touch.

Build & Guardrails

Connect the agent to real systems with limits in place.

The agent is built inside your existing stack, such as your CRM, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make. Instructions, permissions, approval steps and fallbacks are set up, then tested against real examples, including the awkward ones.

Pilot, Monitor & Care

Start small, check the output, then widen the scope.

Agents start with a small group and a review of their work. We log what they do, track errors and escalations, and adjust instructions as your processes change. Your team gets plain documentation of what the agent does and how to switch it off.

Lead Qualification & Enquiry Triage

Every Enquiry Read, Sorted and Routed.

An enquiry agent reads each new form, email or chat message, pulls out the details your team needs, checks it against your qualification criteria and routes it to the right person in your CRM with a short summary. Spam and poor-fit enquiries are flagged rather than silently discarded.

Replies to prospects are drafted for a person to review and send. The agent speeds up the first response; it does not make commitments on your behalf.

Inbox & Document Handling

Less Copying, Checking and Re-Keying.

Agents can read incoming quotes, intake forms, supplier documents and attachments, extract the fields that matter and write them to the right system, flagging anything missing or inconsistent. They can also prepare first drafts of quotes and proposals from CRM data and your templates, working alongside proposal automation.

Anything sent to a customer, or anything that cannot easily be undone, such as a payment, a deletion or a signed document, waits for a person to approve it.

Knowledge Assistants & Website Chat

Answers From Your Own Material.

An internal knowledge assistant answers staff questions from your own policies, procedures, templates and past work, and shows the source it used so answers can be checked. It only reads the folders and systems it has been given access to.

A website chat assistant answers common questions from approved content, collects enquiry details and hands over to a person when it is unsure or when the visitor asks. It is told what it may not discuss, and it says plainly that it is an AI.

Questions About AI Agents & Assistants

Questions, Answered.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a normal automation?

A standard automation follows fixed rules: when a form is submitted, create a contact and send an email. An AI agent can handle the parts that need reading and judgement, such as working out what an email is asking for, summarising a document or drafting a reply. Most good builds combine both, with Zapier, Make or Power Automate doing the predictable steps and AI handling the unstructured ones.

Will an AI agent send things to our customers without anyone checking?

Not unless you decide that is appropriate for a specific, low-risk task. By default, anything customer-facing or hard to reverse is drafted for a person to approve. Agents also have limited permissions, so they can only reach the systems and actions their job needs.

Where does our data go, and what about the Privacy Act?

We agree up front which systems the agent may read and write, and keep data within those systems and the AI provider you approve. We use business or API services whose terms exclude training on your data, confirm where data is processed, and avoid sending personal information the task does not need. Australia's privacy rules are adding disclosure duties for automated decisions, covered in our article on the privacy accountability shift. We build to support your obligations, but legal advice stays with your adviser.

Where should we start with AI in our business?

Start with one repetitive task where the input is clear and a wrong answer is easy to catch, such as enquiry triage or document intake. If you want a wider view first, an AI strategy and roadmap identifies and ranks opportunities across the business before anything is built.

How are AI agent projects priced?

Automation work starts from $2,500 for a focused build, such as a CRM automation or onboarding flow. AI agent projects are quoted on scope as fixed proposals, based on the systems involved, the approval steps needed and the volume of work the agent handles. AI provider usage is a separate running cost, which we estimate during scoping.

See published starting prices for every service line.

Where This Fits in Your Marketing

AI Agents as the Next Layer of Process Automation.

Rules-based automation handles the predictable parts of a process well, but it stops wherever someone has to read something and decide what it means. That is where most of the remaining admin sits: sorting enquiries, pulling details out of documents, drafting first versions and finding the right answer in a shared drive. Well-scoped AI agents take on that reading and drafting while people keep the decisions, which is why we build them one job at a time rather than as a general-purpose assistant.

Agents depend on the systems around them. CRM and sales workflow automation gives an enquiry agent somewhere reliable to route leads, and data integrations let agents read and write across tools without re-keying. Proposal automation provides the templates and data that make AI-drafted quotes consistent. For businesses still deciding where AI fits, an AI strategy and roadmap sets the priorities before the first agent is built.
